This water-free balm protects against moisture loss, promotes skin elasticity, and counteracts dryness. It's especially recommended as protection against the cold in wind and weather, as well as for healing intensive care for dry eczema, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis.

Organic amaranth seed extract – contains skin-identical plant squalene as a component of the hydrolipid film (NMF), binds a lot of moisture, inhibits inflammation.
Organic shea butter – high proportion of protective vitamins A and E, regenerating & smoothing, strengthens the natural skin barrier.
Organic argan oil – high content of cell-regenerating vitamin E, proven effective for acne, allergic and neurodermatitis skin, tightens the connective tissue.

Valuable plant extracts and seed oils from organic amaranth, argan, babassu, jojoba, evening primrose and shea butter keep the skin elastic and protect it from moisture loss and dryness. Magnolia bark with its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties counteracts UV-related skin damage. The face balm is quickly and completely absorbed by the skin. It leaves the skin feeling silky and protected without sealing the pores. For additional moisture, we recommend applying a serum with hyaluronic acid under the Face Balm Amaranth. The Face Balm does not contain water. It is free from emulsifiers, preservatives or fragrances.

Application

Melt a pea-sized amount between your fingers and massage into the still damp skin. Apply to the affected areas of skin several times a day as needed. As we process the oils and plant butters naturally and unrefined, temperature fluctuations result in a slightly grainy structure due to the different melting points of the oils. In this case, it is sufficient to briefly place the tightly closed jar in a cup of warm water. This will quickly liquefy the balm and make it smooth again after cooling in the refrigerator. Alternatively, the grainy structure can also be smoothed out by body heat when rubbed in the palm of the hand.
