However, occasional individual intolerances can never be completely ruled out, even with hypoallergenic formulations using only low-irritant ingredients.

As compensation, you will receive a goodwill voucher from us in the amount of the goods' value, which you can redeem on your next order in our online shop. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. Please enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note with a brief comment with your return.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to one facial care product per order. Travel sizes and small sizes are excluded. If your order included a free product, please return it unopened so we can refund the full value of the voucher. Otherwise, you will receive a pro rata credit.
