As a natural cosmetics manufacturer that does not produce mass-market goods, but instead elaborately crafts high-quality premium cosmetics with a lot of manual work, we cannot offer sample sizes. All ingredients in our products have optimized skin compatibility and are extensively tested. Nevertheless, occasional individual intolerances can never be completely ruled out, even with hypoallergenic formulas containing only low-irritant ingredients.

If your skin does not tolerate a myrto facial care product, you can notify us within 30 days and then immediately return the opened product to:

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to 1 facial care product per order. Travel sizes or mini sizes as well as handmade vouchers are excluded. The satisfaction guarantee can be claimed a maximum of 2 times per customer.

You will receive a goodwill voucher from us for the value of the goods, which you can redeem with your next order in our online shop. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. Please enclose a copy of the invoice or the delivery note with a short comment with your return.

If a free product was included with your order, we ask you to return it unopened so that we can grant you the full voucher value. Otherwise, a partial credit will be issued. Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the postage costs for the return.

This Cleansing Oil cleanses the facial skin very thoroughly but also very gently. I was very surprised how much you can get out of a facial skin with such a natural formula!
