Our organic face cream - Bio Face Balm Amaranth - nourishes sensitive, very dry, and stressed facial skin with moisturizing lipids and antioxidants. This water-free balm protects against moisture loss, promotes skin elasticity, and counteracts dryness. It's especially recommended as protection against the cold in wind and weather, as well as for healing intensive care for dry eczema, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis.

Active ingredient profile

Organic amaranth seed extract – contains skin-identical plant squalene as a component of the hydrolipid film (NMF), binds a lot of moisture, inhibits inflammation.
Organic shea butter – high proportion of protective vitamins A and E, regenerating & smoothing, strengthens the natural skin barrier.
Organic argan oil – high content of cell-regenerating vitamin E, proven effective for acne, allergic and neurodermatitis skin, tightens the connective tissue.
Organic evening primrose oil – soothes sensitive, dry & barrier-damaged skin, binds moisture, and combats premature skin aging.
Magnolia bark – delays skin aging, inhibits inflammation, powerful antioxidant against UV-induced skin damage & pigment spots, promotes an even complexion.
Organic babassu oil – cell-protective, inhibits inflammation, rich in antioxidant vitamins E, B1 and B2, leaves skin feeling velvety and silky.

Valuable plant extracts and seed oils from organic amaranth, argan, babassu, jojoba, evening primrose and shea butter keep the skin elastic and protect it from moisture loss and dryness. Magnolia bark with its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties counteracts UV-related skin damage. The face balm is quickly and completely absorbed by the skin. It leaves the skin feeling silky and protected without sealing the pores. For additional moisture, we recommend applying a serum with hyaluronic acid under the Face Balm Amaranth. The Face Balm does not contain water. It is free from emulsifiers, preservatives or fragrances.

Application

Melt a pea-sized amount between your fingers and massage into the still damp skin. Apply to the affected areas of skin several times a day as needed. As we process the oils and plant butters naturally and unrefined, temperature fluctuations result in a slightly grainy structure due to the different melting points of the oils. In this case, it is sufficient to briefly place the tightly closed jar in a cup of warm water. This will quickly liquefy the balm and make it smooth again after cooling in the refrigerator. Alternatively, the grainy structure can also be smoothed out by body heat when rubbed in the palm of the hand.

The balm is good for my skin. I have been suffering from neurodermatitis in winter for almost two years and my facial skin is also affected. It is dry and tight. Very uncomfortable. Cream for all occasions)))

I use the cream as a face mask in the evening, and in the morning, my face looks moisturized and not shiny. I also apply it to my son's dry knees and elbows. This cream has only one drawback, and that's its texture. You have to learn how to use it. It's impossible with cold hands. I rub it between my fingers so it melts, and only then do I apply it to my face.
