Introduction / Brief description
Salicylic acid (INCI: Salicylic Acid ) is a proven active ingredient for the care of impure skin, acne, blackheads, and oily skin. As a so-called beta hydroxy acid (BHA), salicylic acid has the ability to penetrate pores , dissolve dead skin cells, and thus reduce calluses . At the same time, it has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and sebum-regulating effects.
Effect on the skin

- Keratolytic (horn-dissolving): Gently removes dead skin cells and opens clogged pores.
