Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

How can I get more volume for thin hair?

Thin hair often appears flat due to excess sebum or heavy hair care products. Gentle, clarifying cleansing with cleansing amino acids and light, silicone-free formulas with clay keep the roots looking fresher for longer and provide visibly more volume and fullness.

What helps against extremely oily hair?

Extremely oily hair is usually caused by overactive sebum production on the scalp. Mild shampoos without harsh surfactants, as well as active ingredients like white clay, tea tree oil, and mineral-rich salts, bind excess sebum, soothe the scalp, and help restore its balance.

Why are cleansing amino acids so effective for oily hair?

Cleansing amino acids gently remove excess sebum without drying out the scalp. They stabilize the natural protective acid mantle, thus regulating sebum production in the long term. Hair becomes greasy more slowly, remains lighter, and gains more volume.

Why is my hair greasy even after washing it?

If hair becomes greasy quickly despite washing, this is often due to unsuitable care products or an irritated scalp. Harsh surfactants, water that is too hot, or conditioner applied to the roots can further stimulate sebum production.

Why is my hair greasy since I switched to natural shampoo?

After switching to natural hair care, the silicone-like coatings of conventional products are absent. Residues must first be removed from the hair and scalp. At the same time, the scalp is often accustomed to strongly degreasing shampoos and initially produces more sebum. This adjustment phase can last from a few weeks to several months. With mild surfactants, sebum production gradually regulates itself, the hair becomes lighter and stronger, and regains its natural shine.
