Delivery in Germany

We deliver within Germany with DHL. For orders over 59 Euros, shipping is free. Below this amount, we charge a pro-rata contribution for packaging and postage of 4.95 Euros. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. We always send our packages with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your shipment at any time with the DHL tracking service. With DHL shipping, you can also conveniently have your shipment delivered to a packing station.

Delivery to the EU

We ship to other EU countries with DHL Premium. We deliver to Austria at a particularly favorable price. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. For immediate delivery, we recommend payment via PayPal or Shopify payment.

For the Nordic countries Denmark, Finland, and Sweden, delivery is to a nearby pick-up point (Drop Point).

Delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein

We deliver to Switzerland with DHL, including the necessary customs documents. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. For immediate delivery, we recommend payment via PayPal or Shopify payment. Please note that Switzerland may levy import duties, depending on the value of the goods.

International Delivery

We deliver internationally with DHL, including the necessary customs documents. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process. Delivery usually takes 7 business days. For immediate delivery, we recommend payment via PayPal or Shopify payment. Please note that import duties may apply, depending on the value of the goods.

If your country is not listed, please contact us. We can ship worldwide with DHL and activate your country promptly.

Environmentally friendly packaging

Your order will be lovingly packed in grass corrugated cardboard and shipped in a recycled box. We avoid unnecessary over-packaging. Here's the feedback from Dorthe K.
