Sunshine Day Oil M is particularly recommended for sensitive combination skin prone to blemishes. It is fragrance-free. Active ingredient profile

Organic Karanja oil – plant-based sun protection factor approx. 30, with UV protection booster Pongamol, absorbs UVA and UVB radiation, protects against light-induced skin aging, inhibits inflammation, soothes irritated, itchy skin, proven effective for acne, eczema and psoriasis.
Squalane – natural component of the skin’s own hydro-lipid film, absorbs quickly and deeply into the skin, light, non-greasy skin feeling.
Magnolia bark – protects against light-induced skin aging, combats UV-induced skin damage, lightens pigment spots, promotes an even complexion.
Vitamin E (tocopherol) – protects against oxidative stress caused by sunlight, relieves skin irritation and redness, supports cell regeneration.

Sunshine Oil M offers a purely plant-based sunscreen based on cold-pressed karanja oil, which absorbs harmful UVA and UVB radiation. The karanja oil we use has a non-standardized SPF of approximately 30, documented by tests carried out by the oil manufacturer. The antioxidant pongamol it contains acts as a powerful natural UV protection booster, protecting the skin from external influences and, in particular, absorbing the sun's UVA rays. However, karanja oil is not listed as a UV filter under the EU Cosmetics Regulation. The background: According to the definition of the EU Cosmetics Regulation, sunscreen products with a declared SPF must contain either a chemical or mineral filter. Since Sunshine Day Oil is a purely plant-based sunscreen that contains neither chemical nor mineral UV filters, no SPF can be stated for the product according to the EU regulation.

Magnolia bark and vitamin E act as powerful antioxidants to inhibit skin aging. They counteract inflammation, blackheads, pimples, and acne. Sunshine Day Oil M binds a high level of moisture, smoothing and nourishing the skin, leaving it velvety soft and supple. It stimulates natural collagen production, firms the skin's structure, and promotes the body's own production of vitamin D. This fragrance-free oil serum absorbs quickly and is non-greasy. For intensive sun exposure, we recommend applying an additional mineral sunscreen over it.

Sunshine Day Oil also offers effective slow-aging care during the darker seasons. While the sun is weaker in winter, skin is also more sensitive. Especially in snowy conditions, Sunshine Day Oil should be combined with an additional mineral sunscreen.

Best sun protection for everyday use

I can barely tolerate chemical sunscreen, and mineral sunscreen too, because mineral sunscreen is often too rich, causing pimples on my skin, or contains essential fragrances that trigger allergies. For the first time, I've tolerated a natural sunscreen without stickiness, whitening, etc. It absorbs very quickly and feels so light and comfortable on my skin. Amazing! And my skin tolerates it really well. I'll only order this from now on. There's nothing better when my skin is acting up. Thank you so much for this super product. If I'm spending an extended period of time in direct sunlight in the summer, I would definitely use a special sunscreen as a precaution.

I am satisfied

My combination skin, which is prone to blackheads, tolerates the oil well. First, I apply a serum and then massage four drops of the oil into my skin. The oil absorbs quite well, but I still have to powder my face afterward. I can't yet comment on its long-term effect on my skin.

Great oil for daily UV protection

I can't use sunscreen because it always gives me pimples, no matter which brand I use. This oil offers me the opportunity to protect myself against UV rays with natural ingredients. I tolerate it well; my skin quickly adapted to the oil. It's very rich and long-lasting. I just find the dosage a bit difficult, as the pipette doesn't always release just one drop, but sometimes several at once. This could be improved.
