tamanu oil
Tamanu oil – medicinal plant oil for irritated, impure & reddened skin
Tamanu oil has a regenerating, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect – ideal for acne, scars and sensitive problem skin.

Introduction / Brief description
Tamanu oil (INCI: Calophyllum Inophyllum Seed Oil ) is a deep green, spicy-scented healing oil with exceptional regenerating properties. It contains anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and skin-soothing ingredients—ideal for the care of irritated, blemished, or eczema-prone skin.
Origin & Production
The tamanu tree is native to the Pacific region, Southeast Asia, and India. It bears fruit twice a year, from whose kernels the rare oil is extracted. Our tamanu oil comes from certified organic cultivation in Madagascar. The nuts are collected by farmers as soon as they fall from the trees. The subsequent gentle cold pressing preserves the valuable active ingredients such as inophyllin A, vitamin E, and linoleic acid.
