Our amaranth seed extract comes from certified organic cultivation. The valuable amaranth seeds are gently processed using CO2 extraction. This particularly complex but highly effective method allows us to extract the small oil content of approximately 5–6% in the highest quality – solvent-free, heat-friendly, and rich in bioactive substances.
