Aloe Vera Gel (INCI: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice ) is a true all-rounder in natural cosmetics. As the water-containing plant juice of aloe vera, it is rich in bioactive ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and polysaccharides. Of particular note is the polysaccharide acemannan, which supports the immune system and strengthens the skin barrier. Aloe vera has an intensively moisturizing, skin-soothing, and anti-inflammatory effect—ideal for sensitive, irritated, or inflamed skin.

Origin & Production

Our aloe vera comes from certified organic cultivation in Mexico. There, it thrives in dry, sunny regions without artificial irrigation or chemical fertilizers. The plants are cultivated slowly, harvested by hand, and freshly peeled. The resulting juice is extracted by mechanical pressing, which fully preserves the valuable active ingredients. In our myrto products, aloe vera juice often replaces water – for significantly greater formulation effectiveness.
